5mm-10mm Levelling Plaster
Render is design for high strength, crack resistance and low shrinkage. It is a pre-blended cement render manufactured to exacting specifications with high quality and high early strength It offers excellent non-sag properties that provide great workability on overhead and vertical applications. It is a kind of mortar which can sustain certain deformation without cracking perfectly used with EPS composite sandwich wall panel.

SURFACE PREPARATION
For maximum performance, substrate must be dry and in condition, free from loose dirt, dust, oil, grease and other foreign matter before pre moistening.
MIXING INSTRUCTIONS
Add approximately 6- 7 liters of water to 25 kg of Render. Use electric mixer for stirring and mix thoroughly for 2-3 minutes until desired homogenous paste is achieved. The paste will remain usable for approximately 3 hours after mixing.
APPLICATION
• Apply Render using 24-inch-wide steel trowel.
• Smoothly apply the Render Paste over the surface in a back and forth direction strokes based on thickness and smooth finished required. Suitable for 1 coat application depending on substrate and method of application
• Let dry for about minutes and then lightly trowel the surface again.
